Action Item: Determine which properties the Task Force should focus on at this time and discuss next steps for those properties.
b. Discuss work plan for remaining properties
Action Item: Discuss conclusions and outstanding questions regarding the remaining properties.
c. Discuss report to Town Council
Background: Town Council charged the Town Properties Task Force to develop an overall strategic framework and initial ideas for specific sites and to provide a report for Council review in June 2017 and Council action in September 2017. The Town Council report tentatively has been scheduled for June 26th. Final review by Town Council tentatively has been scheduled for September 25th.
Action Item: Discuss the content of the Task Force’s report to Town Council.
