EZRAC Initiatives

1. Customer survey is due to go out on September 15th, 2021. There will also be an on-line version.

2. Update on Trapeze

3. EZ Rider Advisory Committee - I would like to take the time to remind us of the committee’s objective. Below you will find the objectives for the committee.
The committee’s objectives are to:
• Developing changes to procedures or policies related to EZ Rider and Fixed Route Services (to ensure our system is serving the needs of persons with disabilities within our service area).
• Reviewing budgets and grant applications.
• Providing input on updates to EZ Rider documents.
• Outreach to people with disabilities who need to know about EZ Rider and/or accessible Fixed-Route Services.
• Offer a forum for the community to bring their comments or concerns about EZ Rider and/or Fixed-Route service issues.
• Prepare comments and written recommendations for the Chapel Hill Transit Partners Committee and Chapel Hill Transit staff about transit/transportation issues affecting persons with disabilities.

•Verbal Comments: At the appropriate time, the Chair will provide attendees the option to use the raise the hand function or *9 via phone to indicate your desire to speak on the topic. Individuals with a ‘raised hand’ will then be brought into the public portion of the meeting one at a time.
