It is anticipated that the Council will go into closed session, as authorized by North Carolina General Statue 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss a personnel matter.
At the conclusion of the closed session, the Council will adopt a single motion to end the closed session and adjourn the meeting without taking further action.
