Parking and Entrance Information 

Attendees are encouraged to park in the Rosemary/Columbia Lot adjacent to the Junction. Please note due to the construction across the street, there is a partial street closure, and this lot is only accessible from N. Columbia Street. There will be Town staff present at the first entrance to the building from E Rosemary St to help attendees locate the meeting.

Notice is being provided that this meeting, in addition to providing notice for a Mayor/Council Committee, would also constitute a meeting of the Town Council under the open meetings law if five or more Council members attend. Only recommendations are formulated at committee meetings. Recommendations will be considered at a regular Council meeting for official action by the Council
