Ad Hoc Working Group for Ephesus Fordham Text/Map Amendments
On March 14, 2016, the Council continued their public hearing on this topic to April 18, 2016, when they may consider the proposed amendments and any modifications to those amendments. The Town Council requested the assistance of an ad-hoc working group to inform their ongoing discussion about proposed text and map amendments for the District. All meetings of this group will be publicly noticed and open to the community. Meetings minutes will be prepared after those meetings.
The Ad-Hoc Working Group consists of: The Mayor, the chairs of the petitioning advisory boards (Community Design Commission and Transportation Advisory Committee), the Chair of the Planning Commission, and four representatives of the development community provided by the Chamber of Commerce.
