Overview
On April 18, 2016 the Town Council enacted a series of ordinances to amend Sec. 3.11 of the Land Use Management Ordinance (Ephesus/Fordham Form District regulations). For a summary of these changes, click here. 

Purpose
At this meeting, the members of the Ephesus/Fordham Ad Hoc Working Group will review the Council's action from April 18th and discuss next steps.

Background
The Ad-Hoc Working Group consists of: The Mayor, the chairs of advisory boards that petitioned the Council back in January of 2016 (Community Design Commission and Transportation Advisory Committee), the Chair of the Planning Commission, and four representatives of the development community provided by the Chamber of Commerce.
