Orange County residents and small businesses and local government employees who work for Orange County or the Town of Chapel Hill, Carrboro or Hillsborough may securely destroy their personal documents at no cost. A second Shred-A-Thon will be held on Saturday, Oct. 8, at the recycling drop-off site behind Hampton Pointe in Hillsborough.
