The Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long range multimodal transportation plan. During the CTP process, the area’s future transportation needs will be determined, and recommendations will be provided for a 25-30 year time frame. This plan is a joint effort between the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO) and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT).
