Please join us for an information and public input session about the creation of new design guidelines for the Ephesus-Fordham district. At this meeting, you will have a chance to learn about the project and provide input and ideas about the type of design that you envision for the Ephesus-Fordham area. What kind of architectural elements appeal to you? What sorts of things do you enjoy seeing as part of a streetscape, or at the main entryway of a building?

Project Background
The purpose of the Ephesus/Fordham Design Guidelines project is to establish and maintain a consistent and cohesive design aesthetic for the Ephesus/Fordham District.
Following creation and implementation of the design guidelines, applicants for development will be able to use this guidance in preparing projects for the Community Design Commission's review. The project will establish a set of review criteria for the Community Design Commission to use in determining the appropriateness of design proposals in the Ephesus/Fordham District.
The Town has engaged Nore Winter of Winter & Company to assist with the Design Guidelines project.
