Community Design Commission and Planning Commission -- Focused Session re: Ephesus/Fordham Design Guidelines
Purpose: The Community Design Commission and the Planning Commission will have a focused session with Nore Winter of Winter & Company to discuss and ask questions about the first draft of the Ephesus/Fordham Design Guidelines. The draft will be released in late September. Winter & Company is serving as the Town's project consultant to develop guidelines for a more consistent and cohesive design aesthetic for the Ephesus/Fordham District. Note: This is a not a regular meeting of the Community Design Commission or the Planning Commission. Also, while public comment is not part of the Commissions' agenda at this meeting, members of the public are welcome to attend.
