Light Rail Station Area Planning
Joint Advisory Board Meeting

Overview: The purpose of this meeting is to get Advisory Board and Commission input on a draft outline for the creation of appropriate station area development standards, including general principles and intent. This is part of a series of next steps that the Council received and supported as part of Gateway’s most recent presentation in June (see materials for agenda item #11).

A majority of the members from the six advisory boards that review development projects may be in attendance. These boards include:

• Planning Commission
• Community Design Commission
• Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board
• Historic District Commission
• Housing Advisory Board
• Transportation and Connectivity Advisory Board
