Community Design Commission and Planning Commission -- Focused Session re: Blue Hill District Design Guidelines
Purpose: The Community Design Commission and the Planning Commission will have a focused session with Winter & Company staff to discuss and ask questions about the second draft (first full draft) of the Blue Hill District Design Guidelines. The draft will be released in early November. Winter & Company is serving as the Town's project consultant to develop guidelines for a more consistent and cohesive design aesthetic for the Blue Hill District (formerly the Ephesus/Fordham District). Note: This is a not a regular meeting of the Community Design Commission or the Planning Commission. Also, while public comment is not part of the Commissions' agenda at this meeting, members of the public are welcome to attend.
