A rezoning and special use permit has been submitted to the Town to allow development of a 190 unit retirement apartment development oat 2217 Homestead Road. The development is proposed in a single four-story building of approximately 232,000sf. on the 15.6 acre site. The site is located on the south side of Homestead Road and is adjacent to Carolina North on the south and east. To the west is Courtyards of Homestead, Multi-family development.
The meeting will convene at 5:15 on November 2nd in the First Floor Conference Room at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
