Description:

The Town of Chapel Hill is completing its revisions to the Design Guidelines for the Chapel Hill Historic Districts. The design guidelines provide direction and guidance to Town staff, the Historic District Commission (HDC), and applicants on preserving the historic character and qualities of the Town’s three local historic districts: Franklin-Rosemary, McCauley-Cameron, and Gimghoul.  Draft revisions are available on the Town’s webpage and a final formatted draft of the document is expected in January 2021.
