1. EZRAC Initiatives
   1. Update on Trapeze: On agenda for June 9^th council meeting.
   2. Retirement Celebration: May 28^th was Sam Jacksons last day with 29 years of service.
   3. Operators pay increase: June 4^th all operators saw a pay increase on their checks. New hires now start with 16.00 w/o CDL and 16.50 w/CDL.
   4. Lead Supervisor Position: On Wednesday June 2^nd Chapel hill Transit had an assessment for this new position. This is the first time we will have a Lead Supervisor for both Demand Response and Fixed Route. The Two candidates were Melissa Patrick and Monica Richards.
   5. Recognition: Supervisory staff is now recognizing a different operator each week and a Supervisor each month by posting their picture in two different locations.

• Verbal Comments:  At the appropriate time, the Chair will provide attendees the option to use the raise the hand function or *9 via phone to indicate your desire to speak on the topic. Individuals with a ‘raised hand’ will then be brought into the public portion of the meeting one at a time.
