EZRAC Initiatives
1. Welcome our newest full-time operator, Phillip Laney. We also welcome Amanda Webb to our team.
2. Welcome our newest supervisors, Jermaine Ray, Javius Newman and Doranda Coleman to our team.
3. Update and possible discussion on the survey.
4. Testing started on Monday; September 20 for all Town employees that have chosen not to become vaccinated. Everyone that will need to be tested will receive a letter from HRD on Friday or Monday with instructions on how the testing process will work. Team Members will need to work with their Manager to schedule testing around their work schedule. Check with the Orange County Health Department located at 2501 Homestead Road here in Chapel Hill or the health department in your community to get tested.

Verbal Comments: At the appropriate time, the Chair will provide attendees the option to use the raise the hand function or *9 via phone to indicate your desire to speak on the topic. Individuals with a ‘raised hand’ will then be brought into the public portion of the meeting one at a time.
