Background:  The Chapel Hill Town Council will consider adopting a pilot program to permit Short-Term Rentals (STRs) in spring 2021.   A STR is the rental of all or part of a residential dwelling unit for a period of less than 30 days for compensation. 

Project Description:  Amend the Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) to incorporate short-term rental (STR) regulations.
