Town staff and three applicant teams are coordinating site design elements across four residential project sites along Old Chapel Hill Road near E. Lakeview Drive and White Oak Drive. The projects include:

• Gateway;
• White Oak;
• 5500 Old Chapel Hill Road; and
• Huse Street.

This Community Open House will be an opportunity for  interested community members to speak with Town staff about the general design framework for the area and to discuss project details with each applicant team.
