• Verbal Comments: Members of the public may sign up to speak when they arrive to the meeting. There will be a sign in sheet at the front of the Council Chambers. At the appropriate time, the Chair will ask attendees to approach the dais.
• Written Comments: Public comment may be submitted prior to the meetings, provided to the board members and posted with the meeting materials.
