CHAPEL HILL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE
It is anticipated that the Council will go into closed session, as authorized by North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss a personnel matter and by N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(5) to establish or instruct the staff or agent(s) concerning the negotiation position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating the amount of compensation and other material terms of an employment contract or proposed employment contract.
It is also anticipated that the Council will go into closed session, as authorized by North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11(a)(5) to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property located at 8120 Merin Road.
