The Town of Chapel Hill Planning Department is hosting a Public Information Meeting for community members to learn about Longleaf Trace.
Taft Mills Group and Community Home Trust are applying for a Community Priority Conditional Zoning District at 1708 and 1712 Legion Road for a 100% income-restricted affordable housing, multi-family residential (up to 60 units) and associated parking.
