Members of the Chapel Hill Vision Zero Executive Team and Town Council are invited to meet, learn from, and work with nationally renowned expert and thought-leader, Leah Shahum on how we can create a culture of safety on Chapel Hill roads, sidewalks, and greenways by advancing our Vision Zero and Safe Routes to School (SRTS) work.

Ms. Shahum is the founder of the national Vision Zero Network.

This meeting would also constitute a meeting of the Town Council under the open meetings laws if five or more Council members attend. Only recommendations are formulated at this meeting.  

Recommendations would be considered at a regular Council meeting for official action by the Council.
