The Chapel Hill Planning Department invites the community to a Public Information Meeting to discuss the Conditional Zoning District (CZD) application for the Tri Sigma Sorority at 307 E. Franklin Street. The CZD application is necessary to permit the use of the property for sorority and club activities, as well as lodging facilities, as it is intended to serve as the headquarters for the sorority.
