Special Use Permit to develop 10 stacked townhome style units in two buildings located within the Meadowmont Master Land Use Plan. The Special Use Permit would allow for 2 additional units from previously approved plans.

Public Information Meetings are informal opportunities for community members to learn about the project and share feedback at the beginning of the review process. Additional public meetings will be held by Planning Commission and Town Council at later dates.
