Advisory Board and Commission members and all community members are invited to a Joint Presentation/Public Information Meeting on the Obey Creek Development Agreement.
The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize the Boards, Commissions, and community members with the following topics:
Draft development agreement for the Obey Creek site;
Draft amendment to the Land Use Management Ordinance to create a new zoning district called Development Agreement-1; and
Proposed rezoning of a portion of the Obey Creek site to Development Agreement-1.
There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers. The presentation will be given by Town staff and East West Partners.
We ask that the following Boards/Commissions make a special effort to attend:
Community Design Commission
Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board
Housing Advisory Board
Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Commission
Planning Commission
Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board
Transportation and Connectivity Advisory Board
Advisory Boards and Commissions will be asked to provide feedback for the Council's consideration about the draft development agreement, draft amendment, and proposed rezoning.
