Joint Advisory Board and Commission Presentation/Public Information Meeting on Obey Creek development agreement

Advisory Board and Commission members and all community members are invited to a Joint Presentation/Public Information Meeting on the Obey Creek Development Agreement.

The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize the Boards, Commissions, and community members with the following topics:

  • Draft development agreement for the Obey Creek site;
  • Draft amendment to the Land Use Management Ordinance to create a new zoning district called Development Agreement-1; and
  • Proposed rezoning of a portion of the Obey Creek site to Development Agreement-1.

There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers. The presentation will be given by Town staff and East West Partners.

We ask that the following Boards/Commissions make a special effort to attend:

  • Community Design Commission
  • Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board
  • Housing Advisory Board
  • Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Commission
  • Planning Commission
  • Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board
  • Transportation and Connectivity Advisory Board

Advisory Boards and Commissions will be asked to provide feedback for the Council's consideration about the draft development agreement, draft amendment, and proposed rezoning.
