Description: The Town is considering changes to the Northside Neighborhood Conservation District regulations for the following changes:

To encourage energy efficient building;
To clarify the Town’s interpretation of full bathrooms vs. half-bathrooms;
To combine development review applications to reduce fees;
To allow affordable duplex applications to construct up to 2,250 square feet;
To allow duplexes parking on-site for up to six vehicles.
