Community Design Commission

Review of Design Guidelines RFP Responses

During the May 26, 2015 Community Design Commission meeting, the Community Design Commission was asked to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) document for the creation of Design Guidelines for the Downtown and Ephesus-Fordham District. Staff informed the Commission of their future participation in the selection of applicants submitting RFPs.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Community Design Commission to review the top firms and provide their feedback to staff.
