Town staff is continuing to evaluate changes to state statute. Most of the changes to the Land Use Management Ordinance related to Senate Bill 25 have been put on hold and a more comprehensive set of changes will be brought back at a later date.  

Please note that Senate Bill 25 changes that affect Northside and Pine Knolls will be included in an item going to Planning Commission on Thursday, November 5 and Town Council for a Public Hearing on Monday, November 16. 

 The Northside and Pine Knolls related changes will also be discussed at this week's Northside Open Houses on Wednesday, October 28 from noon-1:30pm and Thursday, October 29 from 7-8:30pm.
