Traffic Impact Analysis Exemption Permit
1) Residential with less than 10 lots	$200
2) Residential with more than 10 lots	$300
3) Commercial and Other	$500

Traffic Impact Analysis Administrative Fee	$1,000

*Fee charged each day inspections are conducted (regardless of number of inspections per day).
Typically, inspections occur 2-3 days per week for large scale projects (may be more or less
depending on need as determined by staff).
