Updated Carolina North Transportation Impact Analysis

The Transportation Impact Analysis for Carolina North was originally completed by a consultant (VHB) in June, 2009. As stated in the exectuve summary, this fall 2009 TIA "serves as an update of the original TIA and is based on new traffic, transit, pedestrian and bicycle data collected in September and october of 2009."

An information session on the Draft Carolina North Traffic Impact Analysis Update was held on December 10, 2009. If you were unable to attend, the meeting materials are posted below. (large files may take a few minutes to download). The final report was received by the Town Council on February 8th, 2010, at their regular meeting.
