In April of 2010 Scott Murray Land Planning, Inc. submitted a Concept Plan Application for the Obey Creek Project. In July 2012 a revised Concept Plan Application was submitted. Obey Creek is one of two potential developments using the new Development Agreement process approved by Council in March 2013.
