Special Use Permit Application
The Town has received a Special Use Permit (SUP) application from Scott Murray Land Planning to redevelop a Planned Development- Housing on a 3-lot assemblage with 18.2-acres at 2209 Homestead Road. Two of the lots contain a single family home with outbuildings. The property is located in the Residential-2 (R-2) zoning district (Project Number 13-100). The application includes the following:
Construction of 63 single family homes with 2-car garages, new public streets; and a pool and clubhouse.

Note: The location of the proposed Courtyards of Homestead Concept Plan has had two previous concept plan submittals over the last several years. These earlier concept plan proposals did not continue beyond concept plan review; no actual development applications were submitted.
