Report a blocked storm drain to Stormwater Management by using this form. To report or discuss other stormwater issues, call 919-969-7246 (RAIN) or email stormwater@townofchapelhill.org. Please call 911 after normal business hours or during holidays or weekends to report emergencies that affect health and safety.

For drainage problems involving State-maintained roads, the Town will contact the NC Department of Transportation. For drainage problems involving private property, the Town may provide informal technical information and advice.
