Spring is in full swing. With East Rosemary Street being open again, there's another option to navigate around Saturday's Tar Heel 10 Miler, access the Wallace Deck, and more easily visit downtown businesses.
Thanks to an Adopt-a-Trail volunteer from Chapel Hill, a stretch of the Bolin Creek Trail got a recent facelift. Steven Feuerstein tackled the section of trail between the Village Green condos and the East Franklin Street bridge last year.

Following a nation-wide search, Chapel Hill Town Manager Chris Blue has appointed Atlas Logan as the next Director of the Chapel Hill Public Library and Chapel Hill Community Arts & Culture. Logan will begin her tenure on April 29, 2024. Logan brings over twenty years of experience in libraries.
The National Medal for Museum and Library Service is the nation’s highest honor given to museums and libraries. Out of 30 finalists from all over the country, Chapel Hill Public Library is the only finalist from North Carolina.
