EZRAC Initiatives
1. Update: Trapeze software update see below
We are doing a few things.
First, we are updating the whole system to v21 (we are currently on v16). While we are doing that, we will be installing the Notifications Module.
The Notifications Module adds:
• next-day trip reminders with the ability to confirm/cancel
• imminent arrival notifications
• no show notifications
• trip booking confirmations
• mass notifications
Once the upgrade and Notifications Module is completed, we will be adding PASS-Web.
PASS-Web adds web based:
• Trip booking
• Trip confirmations
• Trip cancellations
• Where’s my ride
We estimate this will take around 6 months to implement.
2. Final discussion on EZRider HandBook (see attachment) this is only a rough draft.
