Moore County Man Arrested, Charged in Chapel Hill Assault Investigation
A Chapel Hill police investigation of an assault earlier this month led to an arrest Wednesday in Moore County. Cody Ray Callahan, 19, of Carthage, is charged with voluntary manslaughter, simple assault, and false imprisonment.
