On April 27, 2017, Grubb Properties applied for a minor modification to the Development Agreement. The modification requested to authorize administrative review of all subdivision requests that are not inconsistent with the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement authorizes administrative review of development applications; however, the review process for the subdivision of property is not explicitly noted.

On May 15, 2019 Grubb Properties applied for a minor modification to the Development Agreement. The modification requested to authorize a new exhibit to the Agreement (3 C). The new exhibit adds an Alternate Option for the Glen Lennox Drive cross-section.

On July 29, 2022, Ballentine Associates, on behalf of Grubb Properties, applied for a minor modification to the Development Agreement. The modification requests a reduced parking calculation for residential development, reducing the required 1.25 parking spaces per dwelling unit to 1.0 parking spaces per dwelling unit with the opportunity to reduce parking further based on proposed standards. This request will be limited to Block 9A--Link Apartments Calyx I and Block 4--Link Apartments Calyx II.
